Marcus and I fervently practice intentionality in life and work, so naturally this principle applies to the team we’ve created behind GMP. You’ve listened to me brag about Alex of AVE Styles and what a tremendous resource she is for our couples, so today, I’d like to introduce the wonderful Stephanie Neiheisel of SN Makeup! She makes pretty, preeeeetty.

Stephanie does an incredible job pulling a look together and accentuating the amazing women we’re blessed to photograph. As a photographer, we see firsthand the massive role makeup plays in the overall refinement and quality of an image. Knowing our couples are in the best possible care puts us at ease and makes our fabulous clients look and feel even more fabulous! I’d love to keep our ladies a secret, but I’d be depriving the world of too much talent.

I loooove that Stephanie is so passionate about what she does. She’s an excellent teacher and uses true artistry with makeup. Love, love, love.

For someone typically behind the lens, she’s lookin quite smashing in front of it. Be sure to connect with Stephanie on all her makeup adventures.

XOXO!

As kids, only a mile separated them, but it wasn’t until high school that they actually began to notice each other. Ashley worked at the front of a State park where Pete happened to pass by every Sunday on his way to golf. He looked forward to catching a glance from the sweet girl at the gate, and she would drive by his house to check out the hot guy playing basketball. Both left for different colleges and stayed in touch online. They had attempted to meet up over breaks but timing never seemed right.

Pete, a fresh graduate, and Ashley, close behind, finally connected. The rest, they say, is history. These two are crazy for each other and are so fun to be around. Ashley is also one of my dearest friends and travel companions! So on a personal note, I couldn’t be happier to be part of their walk toward marriage.

Ashley and Pete: I cannot WAIT for your wedding!! I love you both soooo much! Thank you for sticking it out in the arctic cold!!! The wining and dining totally erased all trauma from the day.

Their house is the c-uuutest!

Miss Daisy made her camera debut.

I loved the open woods in their backyard.

There may have been a snowball thrown.

So sweet! And how fabulous is that coat?

Ashley, being an art history buff, thought the Roberson mansion was the perfect spot. It 100% was.

I adore this.

The architecture is almost as stunning as they are.

I’d like to move in.

We made our way into downtown and it was freeeezing. Like, myheartmightstopanyminutenow freezing.

They were such great sports to be outside, coat-less.

Precious.

XOXO

  • MeMe:

I LOVE this couple and these shots! Not even the frigid temps curbed their joy and playfulness.
The coloration is spectacular! The wedding shots will be pure sugar! Bravo, Gina! XOOX

  • Babbo:

Absolutely amazing shots of these two. Your choice of locations are perfect. A beautiful couple and it is so good to how how you’ve captured their love towards one another in their eyes. My personal favorite is the black and white of Ashley and Pete at the foot of that beauitful staircase. Congrats to Ashley and Pete and to you Gina for another successful shoot! XOXO

  • Jess:
