It must have been the undeniably romantic atmosphere that set off those first sparks… Or perhaps the tantalizing aroma of sweat and rubber combined. Their friends leapt far into the air and gracefully plummeted through deep pits of foam; Nothing, could stop love at the trampoline park. But it wasn’t until the after-party at In’N'Out that Hannah and Jimmy noticed each other for the first time. Directly across the table sat a fine piece of specimen, and with a few flirtatious glances, Hannah left the night never expecting to see that young man again. Little did she know, Jimmy would start popping up everywhere. Like, everywhere. And as they became good friends, setting weekly game nights with the family, it wasn’t long at all before they knew, ya know.

There are soooo many things I love about Hannah and Jimmy, it’s absurd. Embarrassing, really. But let’s face it. Couples this loving, gorgeous, and rooted are attractive in every sense of the word. Jimmy is one of the most caring, thoughtful, and kind guys around. He’s like a walking Wrangler’s commercial, ie: He hunts, he off-roads, he fishes, he builds, and he probably carried an entire third grade class out of a burning building last week. He’s constantly thinking of others and it’s obvious why these two are so good together. Hannah is amazing, so fun, easy-going, and has a face I could photograph alllll day. For goodness’s sake! Can they get married and start making little supermodel babies already? They are a beautiful picture of strength, trust, and friendship, and Marcus and I truly cannot wait for their wedding next month.

Jimmy, being the off-roadsman he is, and Hannah, always game for an adventure, hopped in the jeep and took off into the desert!

We pretty much laughed… the entire time.

Only Jimmy would know where to find a totally secluded lake in the middle of nowhere.

How fabulous is this BCBG dress?

We hardly ever get clouds, let alone rain, but we were witness to both!

Ugh. Hannah. Just gorgeous.

We ended back in civilization.

XOXO!!!

As kids, only a mile separated them, but it wasn’t until high school that they actually began to notice each other. Ashley worked at the front of a State park where Pete happened to pass by every Sunday on his way to golf. He looked forward to catching a glance from the sweet girl at the gate, and she would drive by his house to check out the hot guy playing basketball. Both left for different colleges and stayed in touch online. They had attempted to meet up over breaks but timing never seemed right.

Pete, a fresh graduate, and Ashley, close behind, finally connected. The rest, they say, is history. These two are crazy for each other and are so fun to be around. Ashley is also one of my dearest friends and travel companions! So on a personal note, I couldn’t be happier to be part of their walk toward marriage.

Ashley and Pete: I cannot WAIT for your wedding!! I love you both soooo much! Thank you for sticking it out in the arctic cold!!! The wining and dining totally erased all trauma from the day.

Their house is the c-uuutest!

Miss Daisy made her camera debut.

I loved the open woods in their backyard.

There may have been a snowball thrown.

So sweet! And how fabulous is that coat?

Ashley, being an art history buff, thought the Roberson mansion was the perfect spot. It 100% was.

I adore this.

The architecture is almost as stunning as they are.

I’d like to move in.

We made our way into downtown and it was freeeezing. Like, myheartmightstopanyminutenow freezing.

They were such great sports to be outside, coat-less.

Precious.

XOXO

Absolutely amazing shots of these two. Your choice of locations are perfect. A beautiful couple and it is so good to how how you’ve captured their love towards one another in their eyes. My personal favorite is the black and white of Ashley and Pete at the foot of that beauitful staircase. Congrats to Ashley and Pete and to you Gina for another successful shoot! XOXO
